Throwback Hit: Woman by John Lennon

I was having a rather laid back Sunday and was browsing Spotify (who would have thought I would be sort of hooked with this application) for some late night tunes when I came upon this playlist which features the hits of the legendary John Lennon, also known as my favourite Beatle. His solo works along with all the records of The Beatles were recently remastered for digital release and online streaming purposes much to this girl's delight.

DAY 12: A Book You Love and Hate at the Same Time

"I enjoy reading books like that because it's not at all the life I lead.
It's completely different than any situation I'll ever be in. But I get entertainment out of it."

So... It took me forever to actually do an update for the 30-Day Book Challenge but here it is! The book that I love and sort of hate at the moment is... *drum rolls* Colleen Hoover's November 9.

NEW SONG ALERT: Figure Me Out by The Summer Set

10:07:00 APRILSKELTER 1 Comments

Brian Dales and the rest of The Summer Set always write the most honest lyrics making their songs not only catchy when it comes to its beat and melody but scars listeners, too in a good way with its relatable (sometimes, inspirational) lines about love, sex and life. After releasing Legendary a few years back, they are definitely back with a bang with a new single and an album, Stories For Monday that will be out very soon (April 1st).

It was recently revealed in an interview how the band is on the verge of calling it quits, but I personally/selfishly hope that this is not the end for them yet. Here's their comeback (sort of, because it has been a while, yes?) single, Figure Me Out.
