#ChordsOfStrength - David Archuleta (an April-ish review)

Hi! So I'm posting this blog thru my mate's phone. We planned on going online on a nearby cafe here in the boarding house, but changed plans because of the gloomy weather. And so yeah, as much as I don't want to call it a review, lol, but it seems to me that this is, I just want to share my thoughts about this memoir/bio of sorts, that was written by one of my fave musicians, David Archuleta -- Chords Of Strength.

The book is up for released today, June 1st, but dahil atat na ko, at nagrelease ng advance ang NBS-Glorietta 5, I went there with the Archies and bought mine. Yaaay! This 200+page book is something that I am really looking forward to have back when he's announced that he's writing one. I read it for just about 8 and a half hrs, faster as what the others have expected. (lol, I've read HBP,500+pages for 2 days. Hmm, wala lang.) It's a good read. Okay, setting me being an Archie (David fan) aside, it's really inspiring. I wont post spoilers 'cause there are a lot that is yet to read that book, and so I'll leave you with this..

It's released in the PI earlier than in the US.
Filipino fans are going to love page 160. You might find some interesting, familiar pictures in there. :)
The pics from his childhood up to the recent are SO fangirl-worthy haha.
It made me love God, my family, my life and David even more.
It made me realize how we actually share the same idea of happiness. (Di kaya soulmates kami? Haha. Kidding.)
I may know about the facts and the numbers, but learning his life via his own words is just so... moving.
I won't bother admit that chapter 5, 6 and the latter chaps made me cry.
It's like a long blog minus the lol's and haha's.
Lastly, he's deserves a lot of respect. He's not your ordinary 19year old guy, it's still hard for me to believe that someone like him actually exist. Srsly. :)

Guess that is all for now. Bye!
